Leadership Development Program

Vital Statistics Report
Team J was one of several teams participating in a broader executive leadership program. The team responded to a detailed series of statements related to the six key indicators of high performance: communication, interactive feedback, structures, emotional intelligence, accountability, and cohesion.
The Vital Statistics Report (VSR) measures team and leader effectiveness, identifies specific strengths and gaps, and quantifies the cost of lost productivity. The initial assessment established a clear baseline of team effectiveness at the start of the program.
Leadership Development Program
Using VSR data, the program focused on strengthening communication and structures. Live online training and coaching were delivered in 60-minute interleaving weekly sessions designed to integrate seamlessly into the flow of work.
Participants also accessed a company-specific learning experience platform (LXP), which provided additional content, videos, and microlearnings to reinforce in-session application.
A second VSR was administered at the conclusion of the 15-week program to measure progress and impact.
